I have over 8 year's worth of experience working in the mental health sector, including mental health management across London as well as experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams within the NHS. Both my professional career and professional training I have been dedicated to understanding and helping individuals experiencing a variety of psychological/emotional difficulties.

My vast amount of experience and variety of roles working in this sector has allowed me to gain first-hand experience and understanding of a variety of psychological/emotional difficulties and distress. Furthermore, the depth of my experience has allowed me to work with a number of people from different social and cultural backgrounds, which has allowed me to be understanding and open to individual difference, diversity and culture- something which I feel is important in this field and has enriched the way work.
